                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO
                   EXTEND THE CONTRACT WITH PIEDMONT OLSEN-
                   HENSLEY RELATIVE TO THE 1200 BLOCK OF MARKET
                   STREET FOR A CONSIDERATION OF TWO THOUSAND,
                   FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to extend the
       Contract with Piedmont Olsen-Hensley relative to the 1200 Block 
of
       Market Street for a consideration of $2,500.00, for a revised
       total contract amount of $10,200.00.
